Peddler’s Uncorked In-Studio Private Party Deposit
In order to reserve our Peddler’s Uncorked studio we need a deposit of $175.00 from you within 1 week of booking your party. We will pencil you into our calendar and hold your date for 1 week.
If we do not receive your deposit during that time, we will assume that you are no longer interested and will re-open that time slot for another party, if anyone requests your date.
Your deposit should be used to pay for seats at your event. Any remaining balance will be returned to you if you meet the minimum 10 painter requirement (12 painter minimum on Fri. and Sat. nights).
If you fall short of the minimum required guests, the charges up to minimum private party payment will be withheld from your deposit.

The easiest way to reserve your slot is to pay the deposit online with any major credit card.
Please note, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to check out, you can use any major credit card and check out as a PayPal guest.

Within 24 hours AFTER you have made your deposit, the calendar will be updated to reflect a “booked” status. Your event will change from a grayed out box to a blue/green box on our Public Calendar. If you do not see this change, please feel free to email [email protected] and we’ll look into it for you. It’s possible the deposit slipped through the cracks.
If you prefer to pay with cash or a check, please drop your deposit off at the Peddler’s Uncorked shop during any normal Peddler’s Village hours.

We do not get any mail at our Peddler’s Uncorked location, all mail goes to our Warminster studio.
We do not accept credit card numbers over the phone.
Once we have received your deposit we can create a private party link so your guests can register and pay online.
The remaining party balance is due on the day of the event, based on your total number of guests. Your guests do not have to pay online, but we do ask that they register so we know the final party guest count. If you prefer, you can handle all of the registration details and just let us know a few days before the party what the final painter count will be. We can collect payment at the party.
